In June, Karachi Dairy and Cattle Farmers Association raised milk pricesby Rs20 per litre. Currently, milk sells at Rs210 to Rs230 per litre inKarachi, above the official Rs180 rate. Recent orders to seal shops sellingabove approved prices reflect growing tensions.
