The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday extended the interim bail ofPakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders – Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Asad Umarin the case registered at Tarnol police station till July 13.
IHC judge Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard the case of Shah MehmoodQureshi.Islamabad police told the court that Shah Mehmood Qureshi hadjoined the investigation.
The case of Asad Umar was heard by Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri.
“Both the cases should be referred to the same bench,” the specialprosecutor requested the court.
The court sent the file back to the chief justice.

“The decision to send both the cases to the same bench will be taken by thechief justice,” Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri said.
“Asad Umar and Shah Mehmood Qureshi are nominated in the same case which isheard in separate courts,” the prosecutor said.
