The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has decided to restart theregistration process for voting.
According to the ECP sources, citizens can get their votes registered,transferred and corrected till July 13 next.
The new voter lists will be frozen after the due date of July 13.
Citizens can get vote related information by sending SMS to 8300.
The number of voters in Lahore has increased by 1254,526.
The number of male voters in Lahore has increased by 538,000 while thenumber of female voters by 704,248.

In the last general election, the number of voters was 5397,622.
According to the voter lists, as many as 6652,148 voters will exercisetheir right to vote in the upcoming general elections.
