A local court in Islamabad on Monday adjourning the hearing of the caserelating to data leakage of former army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwaafter showing displeasure over non-filing of the case challan.
Judicial Magistrate Abbas Shah conducted the hearing. Accused Shahzad Niaz,Arshad Ali and Muhammad Adeel were present in the court.
The court issued show-cause notice to the SHO over non-filing of the casechallan, seeking his reply on the next hearing.
