The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA) issued thegold prices data twice a day and turned the decreasing rate into anincrease surprisingly on Tuesday night.
According to numbers previously provided by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gemsand Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the price of the yellow metal decreasedby Rs850 per tola and Rs729 per 10 grams, ending a five-day enhancingstreak.
later, the association issued new data which showed that the price of goldbroke the historic threshold of Rs170,000 per tola for the first time inPakistani history after rising by more than one percent in line with risingprices in the global market.
As per the new data provided by the association, the price of 24-karat goldunexpectedly raised by Rs2,000 per tola, and 10-gram gold increased byRs1,714.
Along with breaking past records, the new price of 24-karat gold increasedto Rs170,800 per tola and 10-gram gold to Rs144,719.
The price of 24-Karat and 10-gram silver remained stable by Rs1,970 andRs1,688.95 respectively.
