ECP announces verdict in plea seeking disqualification of PPP Faryal Talpur

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Wednesday rejected a petition forthe disqualification of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) MPA Faryal Talpur.

The ECP pronounced the reserved judgement on the eligibility of FaryalTalpur.

The judgement had been reserved on October 27 last after the completion ofarguments by both sides.

It is to be noted here that the petition for the disqualification of FaryalTalpur had been submitted to the ECP by two members of the Sindh Assembly.
