PMLN launches new move to make general elections controversial

Federal Minister for Planning and Development and Pakistan MuslimLeague-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Ahsan Iqbal has said that general electionswould become controversial if held on the basis of the old census.

The minister said general elections will be conducted in October 2023 aftera fresh national census. He said that nation has rejected former premierImran Khan and his fake narrative in local bodies elections held in AzadKashmir.

He said that the administration of Punjab was ruined badly during thetenure of Usman Buzdar as its chief minister. There is an environment ofbribery in entire Punjab, he added. The minister said that why no one isquestioning Imran Khan. “Why Imran Khan is unable to bear an umpire that isbecoming neutral,” he questioned. He said that Imran doesn’t like theneutral narrative of the establishment.
