Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) two-member team went to Kenya to probethe killing of journalist Arshad Sharif has returned to Pakistan, reported24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
Two-member investigation team comprising Director FIA Headquarter AtherWaheed and Deputy Director General Intelligence Bureau Umer Shahid Hamidleft for Kenya on October 28.
The investigation team collected findings regarding the Arshad Sharif casewhile staying in Kenya. The Foreign Ministry and Pakistani embassy extendedtheir support to the team for better fact finding.
The investigation team overview the autopsy report of journalist Arshad andheld meetings with Kenyan police officials. The investigation team alsointerrogated Waqar and Khurram who provided residence and other facilitiesto Arshad Sharif.
