An application has been filed in Lahore High Court (LHC) for the removal ofImran Khan from the chairmanship of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
Justice Muhammad Sajid Mehmood Sethi of the LHC will hear the case tomorrow(Nov 3). The application was filed by Muhammad Afaq Advocate and the courtwould hear the case as an urgent case.
The federal government, election commission, PTI Chairman Imran Khan, andothers were made parties in the petition.
The applicant pleaded to the court that the Election Commission hasdisqualified Imran Khan Niazi from National Assembly Constituency 95.
