French Ambassador to Pakistan Nicolas Galey Tuesday called on Chief of ArmyStaff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ, said a statement issued byInter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
According to the military’s media wing, matters of mutual interestincluding defence & security cooperation and overall regional securitysituation were discussed during the meeting.
COAS said that Pakistan values its relations with France and we earnestlylook forward to enhance mutually beneficial multi-domain relations based oncommon interests. Both reiterated the desire to further enhance bilateralrelations in fall fields.
The visiting dignitary expressed his grief over the devastation caused byfloods in Pakistan and offered sincere condolence to the families of thevictims.
