Passenger plane crashes immediately after take off

Authorities reported on Monday that all four individuals on board a planetragically lost their lives in a crash just outside the tourist hub of Moabin eastern Utah. The incident occurred on Sunday evening shortly after theaircraft took off from Canyonlands Airfield, located approximately 15 miles(24 kilometers) north of Moab.

This tragic event involving a single-engine Piper plane is currently underinvestigation by the National Transportation Safety Board, as announced ontheir social media platform, X (formerly known as Twitter). Attempts toobtain further information from sheriff’s officials through a phone messageon Monday were unsuccessful.

Moab, a community primarily focused on tourism, boasts a population ofaround 5,300 residents and is situated near the renowned Arches andCanyonlands national parks.
