The National Statistical Agency has released weekly inflationfigures.According to the statistics agency, the current week’s overallinflation rate stands at 37.33%, with an increase in the prices of 14 itemsand a decrease in the prices of 14 items in a week, while the prices of 23items remained stable.
The report mentions that in one week, the price per kilogram of onionsincreased by Rs. 17.63, while garlic saw an increase of Rs. 21.58 perkilogram.
According to the statistics agency, items like yogurt, mung beans,firewood, milk, and cheese have become more expensive in one week.
