According to the ISPR, there was a clash between security forces andterrorists in the Para Chanar area of District Kurram, where Lance NaikGhairat Khan was martyred in an exchange of fire. Ghairat Khan, aged 33,belonged to Kurram.
The spokesperson of the Pakistan Army says that Pakistan’s security forcesare determined to eliminate terrorism from the country, and the sacrificesof our brave youth strengthen our resolve further.
According to the ISPR, the clash between terrorists and security forcestook place on the nights of September 28 and 29.
