Islamabad: Legal expert Raja Amer Abbas has said that Nawaz Sharif can bearrested from within the aircraft upon his return to the country.
Speaking on ARY News program ‘Aitraaz Hai,’ Raja Amer Abbas stated thatobtaining bail for Nawaz Sharif before arrest is proving to be a challenge;bail is typically granted when a case is in progress and there is a fear ofarrest.
Raja Amer Abbas noted that someone who has been convicted in the past doesnot usually receive bail as easily. He mentioned that it would be legallycomplicated for Nawaz Sharif to both return and avoid arrest.
