ATC Grants relief to PTI Leaders in Jinnah House Attack Case

In Lahore, an anti-terrorism court (ATC) has issued an order for therelease of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activist Sanam Javed Khan andseveral other party leaders involved in the Jinnah House attack case, asreported by ARY News.

ATC judge Arshad Javed announced the verdict, granting bail to ninesuspects linked to the Jinnah House attack case. The court has approved thebail requests submitted by PTI activist Sanam Javed Khan, along with RobinaJameel, Afshan Tariq, Ashma Shuja, Shah Bano, Faisal Akhtar, Qasim, AliHasan, and Hussain Qadri.

Bail has been granted against surety bonds worth Rs 0.1 million each, andthe court has ordered the release of these nine PTI leaders. Previously,Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activist Sanam Javed Khan and 12 other womenleaders were placed in physical remand in connection with the Jinnah Houseattack case.

Former PTI MNA Aliya Hamza and women activists, including Khadija Shah,Sanam Javed Khan, and others, were also placed on a five-day physicalremand in the same case. The court specified that PTI women would remain inpolice custody from sunrise to sunset for questioning and would betransferred to judicial custody after sunset.
