The FIA had called upon Bushra Bibi for a voice-matching test regarding aleaked audio recording in which she purportedly urged Zulfi Bukhari, aformer minister, to sell watches acquired by the former prime minister fromToshakhana. In the leaked audio, Bushra Bibi criticized the media forbroadcasting it, claiming it was damaging her reputation and causing herdistress.
The petition, filed by advocate Sardar Latif Khosa, contended that theprimary case was already under consideration by the court, and on September18, the court directed the FIA to proceed in accordance with the law.
