Pakistani fast bowler Naseem Shah expressed his deep disappointment at notbeing included in the national team for the ICC Men’s World Cup, which isset to commence in India on October 5th. This setback follows Naseem Shah’srecent shoulder injury during the Asia Cup in Sri Lanka.
Taking to the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), he conveyed hisfeelings, stating that he won’t be a part of the exceptional teamrepresenting their beloved nation.
He posted, “It is with a heavy heart that I announce I won’t be joiningthis remarkable squad in the upcoming World Cup. Though I’m disheartened, Ifirmly believe that everything is under Allah’s control, and I hope toreturn to the field soon.”
