The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has organized dedicated teams foreach region to combat the illicit Hundi Hawala business.
A firm decision has been made to initiate a rigorous crackdown on theunlawful Hundi and Hawala trade.As per an FIA representative, each team,consisting of five members, including senior officials, will oversee andexecute operations in their respective regions to combat Hundi and currencysmuggling.
These teams will provide daily reports to higher authorities withoutexception, even on weekly holidays.
