The Muslim League-N has said that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, whileaddressing a grand consultative meeting of Punjab party representatives,stated that if the PML-N hadn’t saved the country from default, todaypetrol would be priced at a thousand rupees per liter.

Nawaz Sharif, the leader of the Muslim League-N, addressed the party’sappointed representatives from Punjab and stated that those responsible forbringing the country to this state of devastation are the biggestcriminals. He said that in 70 years, no one had committed such a crime, andthey saved Pakistan from default by investing their political capital.

The cost of saving the country from default has been paid by us. NawazSharif said that we have made this sacrifice sincerely for the sake ofPakistan’s well-being, and I believe we will also be successful in theelections. The former Prime Minister mentioned that he had left the matterto Allah before and is leaving it to Him now, and Allah will grant yousuccess in this struggle.
