The Election Commission has scheduled a hearing for the case against ImranKhan, the head of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party, and others forthe use of non-parliamentary and derogatory language against the ElectionCommission and the Chief Election Commissioner on September 26.
According to the case list issued by the Election Commission, Imran AhmedKhan Niazi, former Minister of Information Fawad Chaudhry, and former PTISecretary Asad Umar have been personally directed to appear for the use ofnon-parliamentary and derogatory language against the Election Commissionand the Chief Election Commissioner. Additionally, a case related toprohibited funding has also been scheduled for the same day.
