Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif Principal Secretary, Fawad Hasan Fawad,has been appointed as the Federal Minister in charge, according to reports.Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar’s advice to include Fawad Hasan Fawad inthe federal cabinet has been accepted, with the President of the countrygranting approval for his appointment.
Fawad Hasan Fawad, a former bureaucrat who served as the PrincipalSecretary to Nawaz Sharif, has also held important responsibilities at theWorld Bank. His appointment as a Federal Minister comes following theadvice of the Prime Minister, and it has been approved in accordance withArticle 224(1A) of the Constitution.
