According to the details, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabiaemphasizes obtaining an Umrah permit through the Nusk or Tawakkalna app,saying, “Dear beloved guests of Allah! Please make sure to collect yourUmrah permit through the Nusk or Tawakkalna application and strictly adhereto the specified deadline mentioned in it.”
Worshippers are advised to follow safety guidelines when accessing anddrinking Zamzam water. The guidance provided by the Saudi Ministry of Hajjand Umrah emphasizes avoiding conflicts with fellow pilgrims and givingpriority to the elderly in accessing blessed water. After drinking Zamzamwater, please dispose of disposable cups in designated areas and refrainfrom spilling water on the premises to help keep the place clean.
