Awami Muslim League (AML) Chief Sheikh Rashid Ahmed experienced chest painon Monday, necessitating his immediate transfer to the Rawalpindi Instituteof Cardiology (RIC). At the hospital, a team of medical professionalspromptly attended to the veteran politician in the emergency department.
Following his admission, medical examinations were rapidly conducted toassess Sheikh Rashid Ahmed’s condition. Among these assessments, anelectrocardiogram (ECG) was performed, indicating that his heart’selectrical activity appeared to be within normal parameters.
However, despite the seemingly normal ECG results, the AML chief is beingkept under observation at the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology as aprecautionary measure to ensure his well-being.
