The Chief Secretary of Punjab has instructed the Deputy Commissioner toreduce prices of food items and transportation charges after a decrease inpetroleum product prices. To benefit the public due to the reduction inpetroleum product prices, the Punjab government has taken action.
A meeting was held in the Secretariat to discuss the reduction in food itemprices, during which the Chief Secretary issued important instructions tothe Commissioner.
