On Monday, the district and session court granted an extension to theinterim bail of Bushra Bibi, the former first lady and spouse of ImranKhan, the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), in the Toshakhana case.
This extension is effective until October 31. Bushra, accompanied by herlegal team, appeared before Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra’scourt.
Safdar noted that Bushra Bibi has consistently attended all hearings, butthe prosecution was notably absent from the court on this particular day.
