According to global media reports, on October 6, Canadian Prime MinisterJustin Trudeau had a telephone conversation with British counterpart RishiSunak. The British Prime Minister stated that the defense of the lawapplies to all nations. On October 8, the Canadian Prime Minister alsodiscussed the murder case of Hardeep Singh Nijjar with the President of theUnited Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed.
As per the report, on October 9, Justin Trudeau obtained support fromJordan’s King Abdullah. Jordan, the United Kingdom, and the United ArabEmirates’ leaders have expressed strong concern over the legal actionagainst India.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed expressed deep concern about the enforcement ofthe law and the safety of citizens.
