China has expressed deep concern over the ongoing conflict betweenPalestine and Israel. According to foreign media reports, the ChineseMinistry of Foreign Affairs stated on Sunday that the current situation ofconflict and violence between Palestine and Israel deeply worries China.
The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs also stated that they are callingon relevant parties to exercise restraint and show tolerance. Theyemphasized that a return to conflict once again highlights that a lastingceasefire is not yet in place.
China called for the international community to work swiftly to find a pathtowards establishing lasting peace.
