According to flight monitoring sources, the Dornier — typically used for transporting technical personnel and light cargo — appears to have carried out a technical resource drop-off at the Pathankot Airbase, which serves as one of India’s key forward defense installations near the western border.

The Chandigarh Airbase functions as a major logistical hub for the Indian Air Force, facilitating regular personnel and equipment transfers to operational stations such as Pathankot.
