A petition has been filed in the Islamabad High Court seeking a medical examination of the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) at Shaukat Khanum Hospital.
The petition was filed on behalf of the PTI founder by KP Minister Ali Amin Gandapur through Advocate Raja Zahoor-ul-Hassan. The KP Home Department has been made a party in the petition.
The petition requests that an order be issued for the medical examination of the PTI founder and that a team of doctors from Shaukat Khanum Hospital be allowed to conduct monthly medical check-ups and necessary tests.

The court is also requested to order that copies of the medical reports be shared with the court and the family members of the PTI founder. For immediate relief, the petition seeks an order directing that the PTI founder be medically examined by doctors from Shaukat Khanum Hospital within three days.
