Karachi Hosts Historic Pakistan-Türkiye Naval Special Forces Drill

Pakistan and Türkiye have successfully carried out their first-ever bilateral naval special forces exercise in Karachi, bringing together elite units from both navies for a high-intensity joint drill.

The exercise featured a range of operations conducted at sea and on land, with a strong emphasis on urban warfare and tactical maneuvers in built-up environments. Troops engaged in a variety of combat scenarios, including live-fire drills and the use of diverse weapon systems.

Designed to strengthen interoperability, the exercise aimed to enhance joint readiness and improve coordination in coastal operations. It also served as a platform to test and refine strategic responses under realistic conditions.

This landmark collaboration reflects the deepening defence cooperation between Pakistan and Türkiye and reinforces their mutual resolve to contribute to regional peace and stability through coordinated military engagement.
