There’s encouraging news for job seekers aiming to work in the United Arab Emirates, as the renowned Emirates Group has announced plans to recruit more than 17,000 new employees. According to the official news agency WAM, the group has launched a global hiring campaign as part of a new phase in its growth strategy.

The initiative aims to fill 17,300 roles across 350 job categories within Emirates Airline and dnata’s aviation and travel services during the current financial year.

The recruitment drive spans multiple departments, including cabin crew, pilots, engineers, sales and marketing, customer service, ground handling, catering, IT, human resources, and finance. dnata, in particular, is looking to hire over 4,000 professionals for its cargo, catering, and ground operations. To attract top talent, the Group will organize more than 2,100 recruitment events and open days in 150 cities around the world this year.

Emirates Group officials are optimistic about attracting highly skilled pilots, engineers, cabin crew, and IT specialists. The campaign also includes special open days in Dubai aimed at engaging Emirati students and recent graduates. These events will give job seekers a chance to meet with recruitment experts, speak directly with current employees, and learn from their career experiences within the company.

Since 2022, Emirates Group has hired over 41,000 new staff, including 27,000 in operational roles, raising its total workforce to around 121,000.
