Gold Price reaches all-time highs in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: After two consecutive days of decline, gold prices rebounded on Friday, July 18, 2025, with a sharp rise both in Pakistan and in international markets, as reported by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.

Gold prices saw a notable increase on Friday, with the rate of 24-karat gold per tola rising by Rs. 2,500 to reach Rs. 357,600, up from Rs. 355,100 on the previous trading day.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold climbed by Rs. 2,143 to Rs. 306,584, compared to Rs. 304,441 earlier. The rate for 10 grams of 22-karat gold also rose by Rs. 1,964, now standing at Rs. 281,045 from Rs. 279,081.

Silver prices also recorded an upward trend, with per tola silver increasing by Rs. 48 to Rs. 4,012, and 10 grams going up by Rs. 44 to Rs. 3,439.

In the international market, gold prices surged by $25, reaching $3,351 from the previous $3,326, while silver rose by $0.48 to $38.28 from $37.80, according to the Association.
