Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat addressed the mediaoutside Adiala Jail, where Imran Khan is incarcerated. Marwat conveyedKhan’s assertion that Khawar Manika’s statement is a fabrication, labelingit a pack of lies.
Khawar Maneka, the former spouse of Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi, allegedthat Imran had disrupted their marital bliss using the pretext of “peermuridi.” Maneka expressed concern that the nation is veering away fromdemocracy, emphasizing the undermining of Tehreek-e-Insaf and unwarrantedinterference in leaders’ domestic affairs.
Highlighting the impact on their marital life, the headline read, “ImranKhan ruined our happily marriage life in garb of Peeri-Mureedi: KhawarManeka.”
Barrister Ali Zafar, on this occasion, noted the satisfaction of PTIchairman with the lawyers’ performance. He revealed that Khan hadinstructed the party to initiate rallies and corner meetings promptly.
Ali Zafar further disclosed that PTI’s inaugural gathering is scheduled forDecember 01 in Peshawar, with the party planning to release a comprehensiveschedule of public gatherings nationwide. In the event of any obstruction,they intend to seek guidance from the Supreme Court.
