Reflecting on the team’s struggles, the 36-year-old acknowledged the needfor decisions about the future, stating, “Tomorrow could be the last gameof cricket for England for me and it could still be the start of anotherjourney. Who knows? We’ll only find out when the dust settles.”

Malan, the second oldest in the team, emphasized his dedication to playingfor England but recognized the inevitability of decisions regarding hisfuture, saying, “I guess there are decisions to be made over the nextcouple of days when the dust has settled, and we’ll see where we end up.”
