Israel’s Heritage Minister, Amihay Eliyahu, a member of a far-right partyin the coalition government, has been suspended from cabinet meetings”until further notice” after his comment regarding a potential Israelinuclear strike on Gaza. Eliyahu’s remark, made during a radio interview,was swiftly condemned by the Arab world and deemed objectionable by a USofficial.
