ISLAMABAD: Imran Farooq murder case has been registered in Pakistan by FIA. The case has been filed against Khalid shameem, Moazam and Mohsin. The sections of murder, attempt to murder and abetting crimes has been included in the case.
As per details, the accused were in the custody of FIA. Joint Investigation Team had also investigated from all accused. Scotland Yard also had interrogated from them. Mohsin confessed before JIT that his accomplice attacked on Imran Farooq with Knife. According to JIT accused Moazam made arrangements to send accused Mohsin and Kashif in London.
After completion of investigation, federal government has decided to file cas in Pakistan and Ch. Nisar announced to register case few days ago.
