ISLAMABAD: Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi emphasized theIslamic Emirate’s desire for positive relations with Pakistan, during ameeting with Norway’s Chargé d’Affaires for Afghanistan, Per Albert Ilsaas,in Kabul on Thursday. Muttaqi urged Islamabad to focus on negotiation andstability rather than resorting to military force, highlighting the needfor peaceful resolutions to ongoing border tensions. The discussionsencompassed political, economic, and humanitarian matters, reflecting thebroader regional context affecting both countries.
