ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif open heart surgery is completed in the hospital in London while Sharif family members are present in the hospital at the occasion.
As per the Sharif family sources, PM Nawaz sons Hassan and Hussain, Shahbaz Sharif, Hamza Shahbaz and others are present in the hospital.
PM Nawaz Spokesperson Dr. Mushtaq Malik informed reporters that several test of PM Nawaz have been done by doctors before surgery while PM Nawaz established telephonic contact with her mother and asked him for prayers.
PM Nawaz would have to stay in hospital for one week after his open heart surgery while decision of his return back to country would be taken after the permission of doctors.
On the other hand, PM daughter Maryam Nawaz said in her tweet message that millions of people prayed for the early recovery of premier so “God Wiling” he will get well soon while prayers have more effectiveness than medicines.
Information Minister also confirmed that successful surgery has been done at the London Hospital.
