MIRPUR (AJK): (APP) AJK PM slams demography change by Modi Sarkar in IOK
Prime Minister of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Chaudhry Abdul Majeed here on Monday called upon international community to take notice of the ongoing sinister move by India of converting the demography of Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir through placing the non-state subject persons in the internationally-acknowledged disputed held state.
While talking to various public representative delegations from AJK, Majeed termed the settlement of non-locals in occupied Kashmir a sinister design of Indian government to change the demography of the state.
The Prime Minister said such policies are being framed to convert the Muslim majority occupied territory into a Hindu-dominated area just to strength and perpetuate India’s unlawful hold.
He said that Kashmiris who are sacrificing their lives will fight such policies tooth and nail.
He reiterated to continue freedom struggle against all odds. Majeed appealed to the United Nations to implement its resolutions on Kashmir to pave the way for ensuring early grant of right of self determination to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
He also criticized the Indian occupation forces over the arrests and harassment of Hurriyet activists and youth.
