The California-based manufacturer SanDisk recently announced the launch of a new solid state USB flash drive that is capable of transferring files at massive speeds of up to 380MB/s.

SanDisk, while unveiling the Extreme Pro USB 3.1 at this year’s Consumer Electronic Show (CES), said it is the fastest high capacity USB flash drive the company has ever made.
The solid state flash drive has read speeds of up to 420MB/s and can write files at speeds of up to 380MB/s.

This enables the Extreme Pro to transfer a full-length 4K movie to drive in less than 15 seconds or 1,000 photos in less than 25 seconds.
