Tehran has denounced the fresh US sanctions against Iran as illegal and has vowed to impose reciprocal measures.
In a statement, Iranian Foreign Ministry said Tehran will impose legal restrictions on American individuals and entities for allegedly helping regional terrorist groups.
The United States has imposed fresh sanctions on Iran over its recent ballistic missile tests and support for Yemen’s Houthi rebels.
