ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday sought reply from secretary interior ministry and Lohebher Police Station regarding alleged kidnapping of Former Advisor to Sindh government Nawab Ali Laghari.
Justice Mohsan Akhtar Khan Kiani heard the case filed by Nawab Ali Laghari’s wife against alleged kidnapping of her husband.
The petitioner had cited in the plea that her husband was kidnapped by unknown people from an area of Sawan Garden in jurisdiction of Lohebher Police Station on April 5 and police had failed to recover him. (APP)
