In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, feasibility study for five hydropower projects with a capacity of 1,123 megawatt has been completed.

According to official sources, seven hydropower projects with a total capacity of 1,978 MW was presented at the Road Show held in China for inclusion in China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

The sources said about seven billion dollars will be required for successful completion of these seven projects that would be constructed in Chitral.
