China has expressed its willingness to play a constructive role in levelling of differences among the Gulf Arab states. During his meeting with visiting UAE minister of state, Sultan Ahmed Al-Jaber, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi called on countries involved to seek political and diplomatic settlements and act in accordance with the norms of international relations.
