RAWALPINDI: Chief of the Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa has vowed to make Pakistan a cradle of peace.

Addressing the central ceremony at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi on Wednesday to pay tribute to the national heroes, he said we will take the war imposed on us to its logical conclusion. General Qamar Javed said cooperation of the entire nation is necessary to overcome the menace of terrorism completely.

The Army Chief said the world powers should not blame us for their failures instead of supporting us in this war.

General Bajwa said Pakistan has rendered sacrifices more than any other country of the world.
