In India, thirty infants have died due to lack of oxygen in a government hospital at Ram Manohar Lohia hospital in Farrukhabad district.
This is second case within a month after more than sixty children died in northern Uttar Pradesh amid accusations that oxygen supplies ran out because of unpaid bills.
