KABUL: Officials confirmed that the Taliban attacked border control forces in Qala-e-Rashid area in Shamlzai district along the Durand Line

Zabul officials said on Tuesday that the Taliban attacked a group of border control forces in Shamlzai district in the province, on Monday night.

The district police chief, Badam Gul said four policemen were killed after the clash broke out in Qaleh Rashid area along the Durand Line in which an insurgent was also killed.

The Taliban has not yet commented on the incident.
