This is how US aid to Pakistan diminished in last few years and Islamabad doesn t need it

ISLAMABAD – Donald Trump in his first tweet of 2018 has said US “hasfoolishly given Pakistan more than 33 billion dollars in aid over the last15 years, and they have given us nothing but lies & deceit… No more!”

Following this, US ambassador to UN Nikki Haley confirmed US would withhold$255m in aid.

Many US Congressmen have also called for cuts in military and other aid toPakistan.

But US funding to Islamabad has declined in recent years as shown inpicture graph.
