ISLAMABAD – Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has said that Pakistanwas fully committed to safeguard its territory.

Talking to a private television channel, the foreign minister responded toUS President’s tweet saying that the United States was shifting itsfrustration towards our country after its failure in Afghanistan.

He said that the United States should review its policy and sought peacefulsolution to the situation in Afghanistan.

He said military solution could not be a viable solution to the situationin Afghanistan. Replying to a question about any misadventure by US, hesaid that Pakistan was fully committed to protect its motherland.
