ISLAMABAD – Ministry of Interior has extended the last date for renewal ofarms licenses till next Wednesday.
A notification of the ministry says all license holders, having licensesissued before January 1st, 2011, should renew their licenses at theconcerned NADRA Registration Centre immediately.
The Federal Government has also decided to suspend all arms licenses ofautomatic weapons within prohibited bore category under the Pakistan ArmsOrdinance.
It directed such license holders to convert their license intonon-automatic, non-prohibited weapons category.
